Notary Services by Siraj  NJ offers flexible appointments  including “after” normal business hours, weekends and holidays. You can arrange a meeting place and I will travel to you. Home, office, or your local coffee shop! Old Bridge, Matawan, Parsippany, Morris Plains, Mountain Lakes, Denville, East Hanover, Randolph, Rockaway, Dover, and surrounding areas.

Mobile Notary Public

Mobile Notary Services – $75
Includes notary consultation, travel to location of choice (10 miles), and notarization of one section or document.

 

Additional notarization -$10.00
Per notarization of additional sections or documents.
(Weekends, After hours, Holidays – add $17.50)

 

Document Audit -$25
Notary section review, document resizing and/or color correction, or notary section stamp/certificate, for one section, or document.

 

Additional signers 
$10 per person (principal)
$10 for each witness verification.
*Witnesses can be provided at an additional charge.

 

*Flat fee rates will be charged for hospital, assisted living, retirement and rehabilitation facilities.  Please call or email for current fees.

 

We service Bergen, Essex, Morris, Middlesex, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, & Warren Counties.
*An additional travel fee will be incurred based on mileage outside of Morris & Sussex counties.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Jersey Secretary of State has closed their location to walk-ins and are processing Apostille and Certificates of Authentication by appointment, remote, and via mail. Our Apostille Service provides you with the experienced guidance you need to navigate the frequently changing rules on obtaining New Jersey Apostille certificates. I-9 Verification - Employment Eligibility

I-9 Form, Section 2  – $60
Same Day Service Fee – $15 
Will act as an Authorized Representative, verify the identification of the new hire and complete Section 2 of the I-9 Form.

 

Notary Signing Agent (Real Estate Loan Signings)

Refinance, conventional, FHA, VA, home equity, reverse mortgage loans, investment properties, line of credit, seller side signings, and other real estate documents.

Cancellation Fee – Varies
A cancellation fee in the amount of the original reservation estimate is due if a reservation is canceled 24 hours or less. prior to the reservation time.

 

Consultation Fee – Varies
Consultation fees are separate and apart from any Notary or Apostille Service fees and are assessed for general or specific information provided within the scope of Notary Services by Siraj  NJ’s Services. This fee includes but is not limited to consultations for apostille planning, Wills and Living Trusts, video conferencing assistance, computer and scanning assistance, and other technology or notary related consultations.

 

PRINT – $0.75 
Price per page for professional quality laser black & white prints.

 

SCAN – $0.75/1.25 Color
Price per page for high-resolution digital scans of black & white and color documents.
 

PREMIUM PAPER – $0.50
Additional price per page for printing on legal-size paper.
